Vending Machines
As I said earlier, Japanese people are so crazy and funny, and one of the little quirks about Japanese culture is their huge collection of vending machines. They're EVERYWHERE! and sell everything from Cameras to Fortunes, Underwear to Eggs.
According to the Japan Vending Machine Manufacturers Association, there is roughly one vending machine to every 23 people in Japan.

And, if you don't have any change, you can now pay for something from a vending machine, simply by charging it to your cell phone.
There are even vending machines that walk.
